This microscopy is the high resolution transmission electron microscopy (FRTEM) whose accelerating voltage is set up 90kV to observe light element, for example carbon.
We install in this apparatus manipulator system (super nano factory), so we can directly observe forming process of nano structure and so on.
As this microscopy has electron scanning microscope (SEI), scanning transmission electron microscope (STEM) mode, we can use it as the situation demands.
